In-wall / underfloor AV cable + additional electrical socket

We're looking to for an additional electrical socket to be installed, as well a permanent solution to route AV cables from one part of our living room to an other in order to connect record player / receiver to the TV area. Ideally, AV cable could be routed under the floor with a wall plate at either end (rather than via. holes drilled into the floor. Approx. distance between the two points of 2.5 meters. I've attempted to outline in the attached photo.
