Electrician needed

We recently bought a 80sq metre house for our family, built in1985 in Glenfield, Auckland. It is consist of 2 small double bedrooms, one single bed room, small separate toilet, laundry, kitchen and a small bathroom. I am looking for an experienced either a team or a number of handy man who can do the following jobs: 1. renovation of interior (posted on the separate listing) 2. I also need an electrician who can do the following jobs: - Installation of LED lights on the ceiling (currently has a single light bulb over the each area) +\- economic lighting options where appropriate. - replacement of lighting over the dinning area - installation of additional lighting above new study area (altered from the wardrobe) - review and update of plugs and landline if required 3. Installation of either HRV or SmartVent 4. Lnadscaping and new deck (separate job listing) Can you also estimate an additional quote for new electricity wiring for building a new studio unit approx 35sqm right beneath the house with a single bedroom/shower/laundry and small sink? The jobs is for june to july 2014, as tenant is currently living in the house and we are planning to move in in mid July after the renovation.
