Apparently the Bathroom switches are arcing and the Kitchen Double lights are old. I need quality components that will last with a guarantee warranty so recommend models or Brand that are good.

Easy to deal with Straight up. Found some Good lights and switches installed them dealt with the tenants and me overseas and emailed pics of finished job.
