exposed power wires (repair)

The power wires that run from the power poll in our drive way to our house are slightly exposed at one particular point (the exposed point is about 1 or 2 meters from my house, (see attached pictures – it’s like the protective sheathing has either pulled back or never been protected in the first place). We need a qualified electrician to repair (sheath with new plastic or rubber??) the small exposed areas. I don’t think it’s an immediate hazard, but I want to water blast my house and I don’t fancy doing that until the exposed parts are covered. We are doing up our house and have more electrical work (some substantial) that needs doing, so if you make a good job of this… Preferably we would like an electrician on the Shore.
