wiring, a light and fibre

This work is to be done in an apartment. New wiring and a new board was put in a few years ago but a few things were left unfinished. 1) There is at least one light and one plug (in two different places) that need to be reconnected or wired to the new board and circuits. 2) A light fitting or two needs to be installed on the wall above a door leading to the balcony. The wiring is there. 3) Optional: There is fibre outside the front door. It needs to be brought in through a concrete block wall and into a cupboard on the other side of the wall where the networking lives. Also install an ONT? 4) Tidying up a little bit of exposed wiring.
