Install external LED light fixture and check 2x internal LED downlights

2 parts to this job: 1. Remove existing broken bracket for external wall mounted light and replace with new external LED light fixture (already purchased), incl wiring. Pictures provided of new light fixture along with pictures of side of house showing existing fixture that requires removal 2. Check and possibly repair 2x standard internal LED downlights that have stopped working- 1 we can not remove from its fixture in the ceiling at all and one that we can remove but are unable to get working ourselves
