Our rental has new tenants moved in and had power set up at the place 1 day ago, but water cylinder is not heating up water. Trust power (power company) had checked the switch board, everything seems to be going well but cylinder doesn’t seem to be working. Not sure what the problem is as everything was working with previous tenant who moved out few weeks ago.
