Run additional Electrical Power Points and Network Cabling

I need an additional inside Power Point in new location wired into the switchboard in the garage where the existing switchboard is located and a new external (outdoor) switch (run from the switchboard) for an outdoor heatpump/compressor unit (see photo graphs, you can see there is already and existing compressor and outdoor switch, this switch is currently piggybacked off the downstairs bedroom circuit) . I also need some Cat6 Network cabling run through the house to various points. some of this cabling can follow the electrical cabling to simplify the running of cables. All or most of this cabling needs to be run inside walls and ceilings (not using trunking) and it will be acceptable to make holes in walls that i can patch afterwards. As can be seen in the attached photos, there is no ceiling access and the house is over multiple levels.
