Electrician to replace - Downlight, fan heater in bathroom, check smart vent

Looking for an electrician to come over and do a few jobs - replace a down light (the bulb doesn’t screw in properly and flickers) - replace a wall mounted heater in the bathroom which doesn’t work anymore - the smartvent stopped working after a workman went up the roof. Want that checked and see what’s going on - possibly replace the bathroom exhaust fan with a bigger one as it fogs up a lot in winter and maybe the current fan is too small Appreciate this is a few jobs so might be best to come over an give a quote Thanks
