Multiple sockets + Dimmers and tv cables

We require ~5 power sockets to be installed in our new home (2 in living spaces, 1 in pantry and one through our kitchen island) , plus 5 dimmers (push button, 3 downstairs and one in the master bedroom) in in the master bedroom and lastly we want to hang out TV on the wall and require a way to hide the plug / cables either with a new cable box or a conduit to run cables from behind the tv to the plug close to the ground. Depending on price we may get things done in smaller jobs or all together.
