Add 3x new powerpoints, change 3x light fixtures & fix 1 broken switch in existing house. We have a villa house in Onehunga and would like to get some more power points in the bedrooms (2). We also want to change the light fittings in the two rooms and one in the hallway. There is also a cracks power point which we've been told it's working but would like the plastic cover replaced. Work needs to be done within the month of Sept as we are getting wall insulation in.

I had this work done over a year ago and at the time I would have written a raving review. Very professional, prompt, friendly, did the work - no issues. I simply forgot to write a review at the time. Fast forward to now where we had an electrician over yesterday to upgrade our main switchboard he discovered all the lights and new power points were all connected to the one switch / badly wired (I am no sparky to explain better). I don't know the details but it sounded like corners were cut.

"Hi Kelly - we've pride ourselves on exceptional workmanship
It sounds like your new electrician has run into some issues with RCD faults (combined neutral or similar)
These are common for older homes like yours when RCD protection is added.
The wiring faults may have been caused by the original electricians (original wiring), but certainly not by the wiring which we completed
If you have time please send through the electricians details so I can make contact!"
