Complete rewire of 1930's Bungalow required. - DB to be relocated ~1m from current position. - Earth and earth rod to be tested and remedied if required. - Circuits to be subdivided where necessary to match breakers. - All power and lighting cabling to be replaced that do not meet current spec TPS. - Excellent access underfloor and in ceiling. - PDL DBF30 Domae Superboard Bundlepack provided. - 20m x 4mm cable for spa pool required. - Electrical CoC to be provided on completion.
