No Hot Water URGENT PLEASE

Hot water cylinder has died in the last couple of days. Bring a replacement thermostat with you. The existing one can't reset. The green yellow earth wire was just hanging on one thread so I unscrewed, trimmed and pushed in, and pushed reset but reset not working.

Nav Singh was good. But I had to call him back, as the fuse failed again. The first time the reason was the fuse was 16 amp, whereas the hot water cylinder was a 10 amp. Not sure about the second call out as I was not home when he fixed it, but he phoned me and said it was the fuse again. Cost was reasonable and in accordance with his hourly rate, as he promised. Overall a job well done.
