New lightbulbs

Hi there, We have two lightbulbs blown simultaneously in the toilets- quite unusual fuorescent lightbulbs though and not sure if its actually a circuit issue or the lightbulbs themselves? They are 2 x 26W TC-D 4 pin in each light fitting.
