Connecting cable and fix electric plus

Connect data cable to switch for PC. Most of cable already in place when the roof was replaced but connect loose ends .One end to plug and the other end to router. The cable needs to be taken through an internal wall and connected to plug which also needs to be supplied. Also check an electrical plus which has stopped working. Diagnose problem and fix
