We need someone to investigate two extractor fans in our bathroom and kitchen. The bathroom fan has no switch and doesn't seem to do anything, so may need to be replaced with a new fan - we'd need install done if this is the case. Kitchen has a switch and turns on (makes a sound) but doesn't seem to extract anything, so may need repair. We also need a new heated towel rail installed (hardwired) and a small wall heather hardwired as well. We will supply the parts but need a registered electrician to carry out the work.
