Replace bathroom extractor fan / quote on kitchen extraction

Currently I have a HRV Vortex bathroom extraction fan. The fan has stopped working and I suspect the inline extraction fan needs to be replaced. Looking for a replacement inline fan replacement to be installed that provides the same or greater extraction level (the HRV Vortex does 550 m³ per hour). Also as part of the Healthy Homes standards, am keen to also get a quote on kitchen extraction that will meet the new government regulations. Please see attached photo of kitchen. Not sure whether I can do an extraction fan in the ceiling out the side of the house (brick exterior) or whether I need a rangehood/powerpack installed in the cabinetry.
