Property has light/fan/heat combo at the moment Install new Manrose 150mm fan in a bathroom and connect it to existing light/heat switch so the fan will come on when the light/heat is turned on, extracted through the ceiling and vented outside via the sofit. Allow 3M for ducting. * Please provide quote and when you can do this work * Also let me know if you have done previous installs before
