Hi there, We work in an office space and there are 6 wall ports in one of our offices that we cant seem to activate at the switch and port board in our server room. We require someone to please urgently come look at this and fix it, either today or tomorrow morning. When we activate them and then plug the phone into the wall it doesn't connect our phones to the network so our remote IT team have advised there may be a disconnection between the wall and the switch board out back. Is someone available to please come and take a look? Thank you
