Connecting the security lights already in place

Hi there, So we all know about my mother n laws tragic murder May 1st, still things haven’t yet been sorted out and until then my partner and I are still getting the house sorted as best we can while doing ours as well. So after a big clean up now we need the security lights connected as this wasn’t completed as part of the failed renovation job done last year. We back see all we’re connected and we do remember mum saying that the guy only needed to do the wiring but never came back. Now the locks have been changed twice due to attempted break ins or such and now due to a most recent attempt where they also cut the solar lighting we have no choice but to get these connected as we can’t afford the security cameras right now for two houses and internet please help we desperately need to stop seeing this house and poor mum still attacked even in death
