Extractor fan motor issue - Restaurant

Fan has been cleaned as comduc thought it might be a grease build up issue (fan is making a loud noise) however they said it is coming from the motor. We need someone to come to site as we are open 7 days and cannot remove the fan to take for repairs. We turn it on by 11am monday to friday. Service could be done before this or possible in the afternoon between lunch and dinner service. Alternatively during the day on Saturday or Sunday as we only open for dinner those days.
