Electrical Cabling

Relatively minor cabling job required in order to allow SKY TV technician to install SKY satellite dish in new accommodation. SKY technician did come around to install dish but he cannot install it on the roof and our preferred position of the TV in the house means he us unable to carry out his installation job until electrical cabling is completed beforehand. I am assuming this is a relatively small job but would appreciate a prompt response thank you
