Replace ceiling light fittings

to look at a - replacing 3 x light fittings from bayonet to screw threads and re connect a power point or b - as above plus replace two other light fittings in two other rooms. or c - see if it is possible to replace current light fittings with recessed lighting in all rooms d - find cost of replacing electrical panel to new circuit breaker type. I have an older ground floor unit with a floor above me. Each room currently only has one light fitting and want to increase the light in my rooms.
