Underneath the property that we manage (boading house) there is electical arcing from wires which needs immediate attention. This came to our attention when a water pipe split and the plumber saw this and refused to repair the pipe - fair comment really.

We do general electrical repairs/ upgrades / hot water cylinder electrical faults, LED downlights, switchboard upgrades, Heat pump Installation including cctv and alarm. Hourly charge is $75.00 per hour + materials + gst. We are committed since 9 years in this field
