Hot water cylinder review and check

I have had a sudden drop in water temperature this week. Going from showers hot enough with the mixer halfway to having tepid showers on maximum hot with the mixer tap, same across both sinks and the shower in the apartment. At this stage, I am looking for a professional opinion on the nature of the problem. I have checked the thermostat on the cylinder and it cannot be moved either way with the application of a significant amount of force. I suspect there is no chance this has been knocked accidentally. There are other switches and the like which I have not touched. The cylinder has an electricity supply and appears to be working, outbound pipes seem hot to the touch. The temp drop occurred overnight and has not self-corrected in about five days. Photos of model added, can send more or video of thermostat that cannot changed.
