Electric board had some sparks

You can call me on --- to get more details - Tenants installed old fridge which sparked the mainboard , now we can see some sparks on the electric board ( when we use specific power points) - So looking if someone can replace the board with the new one which has switches rather than the old style one ( Check the pic) - Also looking for someone who can check the bathroom exhaust and see if we need to install high voltage fan as the bathroom remains moist,
