We would like to put extractor fans in our en-suite and main bathroom. The exterior of our house is insul-clad. Built around 2000 - for some reason they didn't consider installing fans at the time of the build. Can a fan still be installed to vent out with the re-assurance of keeping the house water tight? Will you provide a water tight guarantee? Keen to understand our options.
