Add outlets and replace old lights and fittings to 2 bedroom unit

Hi All 2 level, 2 bedroom unit needs refreshing. We want to: - Add outlets because there aren't enough. We will supply the fittings. - Add heated towel rail. - Replace existing lighting and switches with new LEDs and switches. We will supply both. All walls and ceilings have been removed where new wires need to be run. Where you can see joists/rafters in the photos, these will be lined for a new GIB ceiling down the track. Any other walls that need to be removed we can do since they'll get replaced anyway - just let us know when you inspect the job. Considering running a future connection for powered skylight at the top of the stairs and an extractor fan in bathroom. Will discuss on inspection. Need a CoC on completion. See attached some photos of the place. I've also marked up the original layout drawings with exiting circuits + bits we want to add. Cheers
