New ensuite and deck construction

We are altering a wardrobe into an ensuite in the master bdrm and building wooden deck out front. Plans submitted to Akl City Council for consent. The ensuite is about 1.5mx2.5m and deck about 10sqm. We will need tiled floor and wall for ensuite, but shower is with plastic wall and tray. Need shower, toilet, vanity and mirror cabinet installed. Also need to move the existing wardrobe to another room in the house using exsiting wardrobe doors. We need to open up existing window into ranchslider door for access from master room to the deck. Need to be familiar with Akl city council consent requirements.
