Sparky needed

I need a good sparky for a few things i am doing to a new house i have just purchased. #1 - I require a new powerpoint under the sink for a insinkerator i am getting installed and another new in another area in the kitchen for a dishwasher. #2 - The wiring under the house needs a bit of a tidy up. #3 - Run a wire underground externally to the front gate and put in a transformer so we can install a automatic sliding gate. #4 install some new light fittings (changing existing) We take over the place this Wednesday and would like the first two done pretty much straight away. The third can be done anytime and the fourth would need to wait until after we have done all of our painting.
