Electrical powerpoints and update

I need to move two existing power points in the kitchen area and a light switch so that they are inside the wall and under the gib. The builder has removed all of the old gib and once electrical done can install the new gib. Also one defunct power point to be removed. This includes an oven switch. Also install two new power points that have been wired up in a bedroom (hole in new gib with wire tied to cable). Attached photos of the area in the kitchen x2. Should be pretty easy and would like done asap :-) I thought builder could just move them under gib but he said I should get an electrician! Would like to get a quote for this work please!
