Downstairs Flat Partial Rewire and Board

I have an old flat which is having significant renovatoins. It has an old fuse board with conduit cables into most rooms. - All old wiring, switches and sockets is to be replaced in 3 rooms not being renovated, - A new board into the rooms not being renovated. It is a downstairs flat, so no above-ceiling access. presumably this means quite a bit of pulling via ceiling holes. We're away from 18th Jan to 29th, so work done before or after those times.
