Renovation

Renovation House is currently 3x double bedrooms, 1x single bedroom,1x lounge, 1x bathroom, 1x laundry, 1x toilet, 1x kitchen. Lean-to - kitchen, single bedroom, bathroom, separate toilet, 1x laundry room 1.Knock down lean-to 2.Lean-to will become an open plan kitchen/lounge. 3.Add deck which will be built at the back of the house 4.Front deck will need to be extended slightly and redone 5.Lounge will become third double bedroom. 6.Main bathroom will be moved to middle double bedroom 7.Ensuite is positioned between front double bedroom and third double bedroom and will be accessible by both rooms 8.All windows need to be replaced with new windows 9.Additional windows will also need to be installed. 10.New French doors x3 to be installed. 1 in front and 2 at back. 11.New internal doors 12.
