Electrician: kitchen downlights, power point and hob connection

We are replacing our kitchen benchtop and splashback and have 3 things to do: 1. Currently there are 4 halogen downlights (with a transformer in one corner) under our wall cupboards, and we would like to change these to LED and add a 5th downlight in a corner where a fridge used to be (so didn't need a light there before). 2. We also want to move the power point in the photo down around 20cm to align with 2 others along that wall. 3. We also need the stovetop to be reconnected after we replace the benchtop. We would like the job to be done in mid-January (likely the week of 13-17th or 20-24th).
