Hi there, looking for an estimate on replacing an old power socket and checking on lighting in the garage that isn’t always working. You will have to organise a time with tenants when they are home.

They quoted for one job and had to inspect the other task to be able to give a quote for. There was also an unexpected job pointed out by tenant that was a hazard and needed to be fixed immediately. I had told them an amount that I was happy to work to at start and if it went over then call me. They manged to keep within that even with the unexpected job. They had taken photos of the issues and photos of the completed job. Very happy with their service
