Bathroom fan & core hole

Need to install a bathroom extract fan in my unit. Exterior wall is concrete block. In the bathroom, there's a Gib bulkhead which hides water pipes which run in front of the exterior block wall ( see photos - taken from where I temporarily removed a down light). Kitchen: I also need a core hole drilled for a range hood & may need assistance finishing off its installation. The concrete cutter contractor needs to be told exactly where core holes go.
