Apartment renovation in Auckland city

Hi we are looking for builders/tradesmen to help us with the renovation of our newly bought apartment, built circa 1990s. It is about 70m2. The kitchen, living area, bathroom, smaller room is downstairs. Inside the apartment is a staircase leading up to a bigger room upstairs. The work that we are looking to get done are 1. Rebuilding the kitchen. This involves removing the current kitchen. 2. Reprinting of the whole interior 3. New carpets on both rooms 4. New floors on kitchen and living area 5. Bathroom - cleaning it so that the tiles etc can look as new as possible. Right now we are not looking to rebuild the whole bathroom 6. A few other minor things We would also like to be given the freedom to be able to source certain materials ourselves (eg kitchen ranges etc) Preferences will be given to people who can start work immediately, and to complete the work within 2-3 weeks Look forward to hearing from you guys!
