Riddell Road New Build Electrical Fitout estimate

Supply and installation of all electrical fittings and cabling for the following electrical specification for a small new build in Riddell Rd, Glendowie: • 24 x Recessed LED down lights • Feature strip lights over vanities • 22 x Double and Single power points as per standard electrical plan • 2 x TV & 2 x telephone points • Fibre Optic Data cabling prewire • RCD to distribution board (single phase only) • Alarm system: 2-3 sensors, internal external siren, 1 keypad and back up • Smoke detectors • Heated towel rails (Chrome ladder) to bathrooms / ensuites (towel rails supplied) • Fan to bathroom / ensuites • HWC Wiring • 2 x standard lights and 2 x double power points to subfloor basement area Initial estimate for budgeting purposes is fine at this stage. Building consent plans for house are currently being drafted. Electrical works expected to commence early next year.
