Install extractor fan with timer and vent to outside eave (powered via main bathroom light switch) into bathroom of 1970s brick unit. Currently over a bath with shower head but will remove bath and replace with shower in future. Purchase of fan can be either by tradie or unit owner. Timing preferably in July/early Aug as winter kicks in and damp increases.
