Seeking a quote for re-wiring a 60m² unit in an apartment complex built in 1930s. I would like a quote for two options, with the minimum being to make it safe and compliant, and the second, a complete re-wire. The most important requirement in the kitchen is to get power suitable to run an oven. There are several power sockets in the kitchen, but I am not sure if they are all live. Under the minimum option above, if and where practical and compliant, I am happy for the cable to be surface mounted in conduit or capping. We also require a power point to be fitted in the bathroom to run a washing machine. Would want the work done from or around August 1st.
