Prepare & install new light fittings along internal stairs

We own a townhouse in Remuera and require 24 interior lights that currently run alongside 3 flights of stairs in the house. The lights were already installed when we purchased the house 7 years ago. We would like to replace these lights with more modern lighting but there will be work needed around the plastering/gibbing of each light as the each light fitting is too big and we want to replace with smaller, less obvious stair lighting. They were installed in the 90s and are now looking out of date. so, the work isn't just replacing each light, it's actually fixing & preparing the gibbing in the wall as well.
