Small kitchen to customer specs

I have a photo of the kitchen in mind. It's black lower cabinetry, silver old style handles, stainless steel top, with two rows of open shelving running the length of the wall above bench approx 3mtrs. A matching slim cuboard floor to ceiling about 1.5m wide. The kitchen is only small along the back wall about 2-3mtrs, plus the slim cupboard on other side of fridge. I will need an electrician for the new lights and new stove and a plumber. Also will need a tiler for the splashback which will be the whole back wall as in the pic.
