In the bathroom at 97U Mays Rd Onehunga it is getting quite damp and the paint is peeling away around the extractor fan. I'm not sure why this is, whether it's a leak, or whether the fan just isn't removing the moisture properly? Could someone take a look and tell us what needs to be done?
