Stair lights and outdoor power point to garden.

We have some stair lights set into a rock wall that aren't working . We want these to come on based on sensors at the top and bottom of the stairs, as well as being able to manually switch them on and off. There is also a sensor light over the driveway that isn't coming on when it should. We would also like to get a power point into the corner of our garden. There is already an electric cable which we believe is 240v. Lastly, there is an exposed power cable on our sleep-out that needs to be secured/fixed.
