Install exterior sensor light and possible kitchen extraction.

I have a 1960s rental and want to install a sensor light for the back of the house. You can access the roof of the house. While at it want to get quote to install an extraction over the kitchen stove and ducted out. Maybe a quote to do both jobs at same time will be good. I know many types of stove extractors so maybe we can discuss way forward and options first
