wire in some lights

I need to replace one central light with two pendants in my lounge and replace another light in my dining room. I pretty much need this done in two visits: One to remove current lighting, so my plasterer can skim coat, then after he has done this connect the new lights. If you can also remove the front of my heat pump so he can skim around this, that would also be great.
