Phone Wiring

I want to rewire my phone jackpoints in the house using cat5e cable - I have a total of 5 jackpoints in my home, i want to replace 3 jackpoints and remove the 2 extra jackpoint how much roughly am i looking at? The house is solid plaster in side so will need conduit I want all old cable removed and install new cable the house is approx 90sqm I can supply krone block, conduit, jackpoints, cat 5e cable if need be Thanks
