Extraction Fan Rewiring

The extraction fan in the bathroom is wired in the way to keep the fan running all the time. We now need it to be re-wired, onto a switch, so that we can control the fan and switch it on only when we need it to be on. Please find photos of the fan, the man hole, and the light switch (light switch is on the wall next to the bathroom door). We have also managed to open the man hole and take a photo of the wire coming out of the fan duct. Thanks a lot - job is in an apartment in downtown city center.
