New socket for deck at old villa

Hi, For our property at 36 Ponsonby Terrace we want to install a retractable awning and just realised that there is no power socket at all on the back of the house, where the deck is. So we need someone to install at least a double power socket on our deck and high enough for the motor of the awning. It is an renovated villa so I think access should be possible through under the house. I will be at the property only next week again on Tuesday in the morning from 9am to 12pm.
