Checking the wiring

.Electrical source to the washer and drier and a socket in the kitchen wall have no power supply every thing else in the house works fine . . The20v circuit breaker is good as I had that tested but bought a new one just in case -Still no joy. This happened once before a leckie from B C come out, he changed the circuit breaker -Told me if this happened again I just needed to buy a circuit breaker It is the one you have a switch not the red button type..The bungalow has old wiring thru out. I cant afford to have the house rewired .Any ideas
